Babylon will make a good faith attempt, if access is disabled or removed in response to a notice as aforesaid, to contact the owner/administrator of the affected content/site, so that she or he may make a counter notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Without limiting any of the foregoing or hereunder, Babylon will act expeditiously to process any notices of alleged intellectual property infringement.
